Edible Images
Yes we can put any picture in our system and print out an image to place on your cake or cupcakes, make chocolate picture frames and more. Please email images to ajcakeprints@gmail.com, in a jpeg or png. format only.
Melting Chocolate
We carry Merckens and Clasen in many colors and flavors for all your chocolate projects.
Sprinkles and more
We carry a large assortment of sprinkles, confetti, sanding sugars, Crystal Sugars, Non Pareils, for your everyday treats along with an assortment of holiday favorites.
Cookie Cutters
We have a wall of cutters and we keep adding more. Looking to make a ladybug, we have it, maybe it’s a seahorse or a football helmet, how about something for the holidays, we have it. Along with our cutters we have stencils from Cookie Countess that will make your cookies really stand out.
Chocolate Molds
Need a chocolate mold, we have 5 walls full of various molds from flowers to holiday and if we do not have it we will see if we can find it for you. We also carry an assortment of silicone molds as well.

CLASSES
A & J Cake and Candy does not just have all your supplies to make your special dessert...
We also offer an array of classes and demonstrations to those who are beginners or just want to advance their technique. We offer free Sweet Demonstration, where we show new ideas for you to try out. We feel nothing brings family together more than something from the kitchen.

With my culinary degree and years of experience in the baking and candy-making world, I’m excited to offer a variety of fun, hands-on classes right here at A & J Cake and Candy!
From caramel apple workshops to tart-making classes and seasonal treats, I love sharing tips, tricks, and techniques that make baking and candy crafting both easy and enjoyable—no matter your skill level.

FUn TIP!
Melting chocolate
Start with a Plastic microwave safe container and add your chocolate
2. Melt for 20 seconds then stir, Repeat this step 4-5 times until your chocolate is melted
3. Optional: Paramount crystals
4. Melt a small amount in a seperate container
5. Add to melted chocolate.
6. Stir while adding until consistency is reached
