Melting chocolate

1. Start with a Plastic microwave safe container and add your chocolate

2. Melt for 20 seconds then stir, Repeat this step 4-5 times until your chocolate is melted

3. Optional: Paramount crystals

4. Melt a small amount in a seperate container

5. Add to melted chocolate.

6. Stir while adding until consistency is reached
